I started this consulting practice because of my love of working with people to find solutions.  It is as simple as that.  Two clients faced with the same concern choose different solutions for that concern because of any number of factors.  It is my job to identify those factors and therefore, the right path for that client.  It is working through that unique and creative process with my clients which I thoroughly enjoy.   

I chose to consult in the industry of human resources (and business in general) because of my passion for this field- it is ever changing, creating new opportunities to find and explore as well as new avenues to analyze appropriate risks and rewards.  Many clients do not have the staff or "know how" to keep on top of all the changes.  It simply is not their business.  Their business is developing or manufacturing a product, or selling a service.  The quicker I can find a solution for my clients, the quicker they can get back to doing what they do best.   

I understand there are many consultants for which you can choose to partner.  But why you should choose PSB Consulting as your partner is because we believe in concepts which are scarce in this day and age:  passion for what we do, listening and service.  At PSB Consulting, we will not give you a "cookie cutter" solution: we understand that your situation is unique.  We will not get back to you "in the near future":  your time is valuable.
