(Principal) Mr. Charles W. Pautsch (Chuck) is continuing his distinguished career, as a Consultant, serving America’s employers with his broad range of employee and labor relations skills honed as a labor relations executive at a major health care corporation and a nationwide retail conglomerate. He has also served as a Partner in several prestigious law firms as well as owning his own law firm for over twenty years. As such, in his role as Partner, Mr. Pautsch has perfected his ability to proactively counsel clients on human resource and labor concerns.

Regarding his labor relations role, Mr. Pautsch has negotiated collective bargaining agreements with all major US labor unions, including the IB of T, AFSCME, SEIU, UFCW, RWDSU, LIU, IBEW, ATU, GCIU, IUE UAW, PACE, IATSE, HERE,UNITE, OEIU, FOP and the IAFF. And at other times, when called upon, Mr. Pautsch has responded to union organizing,  handled thousands of grievances and arbitrations, structured the labor and employment relations aspects of a multitude of mergers and acquisitions, drafted employee benefit plans and employment agreements and manuals of all sorts and defended a broad variety of alleged unfair labor practices.
