(CEO & Principal) Ms. Lisa A. Baiocchi has almost twenty years of experience in the business and human resource field, working collegially with all levels within an organization to accomplish corporate goals and missions for the full life cycle of the employment relationship including: recruiting, onboarding, employee motivation, corporate and employee investigation, policy creation and redesign, employee performance review, discipline and discharge, workplace safety, compensation and benefit design, and leave accommodation (including FMLA, ADAAA and workers compensation).  Additionally, she has extensive experience in evaluating and negotiating business and vendor contracts as well as evaluating and implementing technology used to advance human capital such as ATS, Performance Review Technology and overall Human Capital Management Systems.

Her multi-dimensional experience delivering client results has included working as a Consultant, Attorney, Compensation & Benefit (Welfare) Plan Administrator, Senior Human Resource Analyst, Retirement Plan Specialist and Director of Human Resources. In these various roles she has been a hands on administrator and practitioner of labor, employment and business laws and policies, conducted extensive human resource analysis and research to implement best practices, trained countless supervisors and counseled organizations and employees in these areas.

Ms. Baiocchi is especially proud of the work she has done in customizing and creating human resource policies and procedures for her clients who previously had little to no formalized programs and methods as part of their business to manage human capital, its costs and legal risks.  She is also proud of the project work she has done in re-designing existing human resource departments (from human capital to technology) to deliver the HR function more efficiently, in line with corporate goals and budgets, and operating within compliance of employment laws.
